Can I register with a purchase order?
Yes! Simply submit your Purchase Order to [email protected].
Be sure to include on the PO:
- Purchase Order number
- The Accounts Payable point of contact - email and phone number.
- Complete billing address of Payer on the Purchase Order.
- First name, last name, and email address of attendee
We will then create an invoice, forward it to you to start the process.
Note: Attendee(s) will not have access to the content until the Invoice is paid in full.

All payments must rendered prior to gaining access to the event.
Can I get professional development hours for attending? Do you provide a certificate?
Your personalized certificate of completion will be emailed to the email address that you registered with by April 5th! Please check your inbox for your certificate.
NOTE: Your certificate will reflect the amount of hours you have completed by March 31st.
We cannot guarantee that each state or district will accept your conference certificate of attendance. Please check with your district office to see what they will accept.
Where are the handouts?
Handouts can be found on the same page as the presenters session recording. Please be sure to download all materials while you have access to the portal. Once your account has expired, you will not be able to download these handouts without an additional charge.
What is your refund policy?
In general, due to the nature of electronic media, and low cost of each event, all sales are final – no refunds.

Viewing Experience FAQs's
Can I record these session or can I get the presenters slide deck?
No, you may not record or film any part of the sessions. Slide decks will not be available.
How do I watch the sessions?
Once you have registered, you will simply log into your Educator Summit account and you will see “Course Library.” Click on the session you wish to watch.
HELP! I can’t log in! I don’t remember my password!
You can request a new password by going into the login portal and clicking to request a new password. This will trigger an email that will be sent to you within 10 minutes. Please be sure to check your spam folder as these often end up in your junk folder.
How long do I have to watch the sessions?
You will have until March 31st to watch our winter sessions, that's over 90 days of access!!
You will have until September 30th to watch our summer sessions, that's over 90 days of access!!
Why didn’t I receive a registration email?
All registered participants will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. If you feel you made an error in your registration (i.e. incorrect email) please reach out to [email protected]
